Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Terry C. ![]() Rosemary was preceded in death by an infant daughter a brother, Billy Tipton and grandson Judah Scrutchins. Among many things, she will be missed for her ever-present smile, her chicken noodle soup, an endless supplies of root beer floats, and Dots candies. Rosemary loved her family dearly and in addition to her kindness was known for her light-spirited, fun-loving nature. As a longtime member of the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary, she logged many hours supporting the fire department and community. Rosemary enjoyed people, rarely missing an opportunity to engage and assist others. Following many jobs in the Edinboro area, Rosemary began working at the Campus Bookstore at Edinboro University in 1980, where she worked for the next 32 years. Rosemary and Terry went on to have three children, Terry, Tracy, and Brandi Gebhardt. ![]() Rosemary met Terry Gebhardt while attending General McLane High School and following graduation in 1967 married Terry in 1968. She was born on Novemin Erie, PA to the late Mary and Wayne Tipton. Rosemary Gebhardt Rosemary Gebhardt, a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away Januat her home in Edinboro, PA at age 72. ![]()
